Go Full Paleo - & switch off EMF

You have done everything to go back to your ancestral roots, diet, exercise, lifestyle changes it is now time to deal with the next step . . . EMF (electromagnetic field). There are those in the EMF mitigation community that say we should get "back to the cave" and go "paleo" . . . we agree . . . but we say covering up the problem is not the solution . . . it is time to GO FULL PALEO . . . switch it OFF and stay connected to nature. Our paleo ancestors did not cover up EMF . . . they had NO  man made / non-native (nn) EMF. No electronic devices and no wires in their walls (80% of our EMF exposure). When it comes to EMF we can apply a bandaide to the problem . . . shield . . . walls, floor AND ceiling, or we can remove the problem and simply switch it off. Our ancestors had NO nnEMF (non native Electromagnetic Fields ie man made) to deal with . . . and they were connected to nature, grounded 24/7. . . there was nothing during the day to stop them connecting with the "Schumann resonance". They slept in caves at night to protect themselves from their enemies, wild animals, but during the day they had no disconnect from nature. On the other hand, our "enemy" is not wild animals but nnEMF which saturates us 24/7 especially during the day . . . a problem our paleo ancestors never had. 

Let's get back to basics . . . and with regard to EMF we say that looks like switching it off, the safe solution. Let's go full paleo and join our ancestors and have NO nnEMF around us . . . let's start by removing EMF at night from the equation.
